NOW.FOR.ART presents the second round of & In One Another, a massive sketchbook project. This year over 60 handmade sketchbooks were handed out to 60+ artists, and over the course of 60 days participants responded in their sketchbooks to 30 prompts (Some of my favorite prompts included “Bonus Round”, “Noble Leisure”, and “Nothing to Worry About”). The completed sketchbooks have been collected and will be on display this week at the Whoo Space in downtown Northampton, for your viewing pleasure. The Whoo Space will be transformed into a comfy parlor, complete with velvet chairs, eclectic lamps, and a record player, and will be open from 3-8pm daily. Noble leisure, indeed! Swing by, get cozy, and check out some of the different visual interpretations of the prompts by cool artists!

There will be a closing reception on Friday, July 8th (Arts Night Out!) from 4pm-8pm. There will be tasty refreshments potluck style, hot jams from DJ MOUTHCHEW, and plenty of opportunities to meet the artists and the organizers and get your art chat on!
